1. Cancellation & Rescheduling 24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service total. Same-Day/Last-Minute: Cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment time may be charged 100% of the service total. 2. Late Arrivals 10-Minute Grace Period: We understand things happen! We offer a 10-minute grace period. Service Adjustment: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service (e.g., skipping nail art or a massage) to stay on schedule for our next guest. The full service fee will still apply.
